In additiona to you paycheck at Pioneer Incorporated, we offer numerous benefits and services to help you and your family. The value of these benefits and services is really a "hidden paycheck" provided by our Company. Eligible full-time employees receive the following benefits and services:

Medical - Pioneer provides comprehensive medical insurance for you and your family.

Prescription Drug - Pioneer provides a prescription drug co-pay plan for you and your family.

Dental - Pioneer Incorporated provždes dental insurance for employees of the company. Employees may elect to purchase optional family covcrage as well.

Optional Flexible Spending Account - This account allows you to set aside money on a pre-tax basis to pay for qualified out-of-pocket medical expenses not typically covered by a medical insurance plan.

401(k) - Pioneer Incorporated provides a matching 401(k) retirement plan.

Term Life Insurance - Pioneer Incorporated provides life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance for you, life insurance for your spouse, and life insurance for each of your dependent children. Employees may purchase additional term life insurance at group rates for themselves, their spouse, and dependent child(ren), to be paid by payroll deduction.

Vacation - After you have completed your first year, Pioneer provides the following paid vacations:

After 1 year: One week.
2 to 6 years: One week plus one day for each year over one year.
7 to 15 years: Two weeks.
I6 or more years: Three weeks.

Paid Holidays - Pioneer Incorporated provides six (6) paid holidays per year.

Direct Deposit - As a service to you, Pioneer Incorporated will deposit your payroll check directly into your checking and/or savings account.

Disability Coverage - Pioneer Incorporated provides Short-Term and Long-Term disability insurance for eligible nonwork related illness or injuries.

Workers Compensation - Pioneer Incorporated provides Workers Compensation Insurance for eligible work related illness or injuries.

Social Security - Pioneer Incorporated provides Social Security contributions. The responsibility of these contributions are shared equally between the employee and employer. The Employee's share is deducted from your wages each pay period.

Other Optional Insurance - As a service to you Pioneer Incorporated provides open dates to purchase additional short-term disability, accident and for universal life insurance at discounted group rates.

On-the-Job Training - after you have completed your first year, Pioneer Incorporated from time to time provides optional "training" in the evenings. In these evening classes you learn the theory and practical application of your trade - the "head" skills that make the "hand" skills possible.

Employee Assistance Program - Pioneer Incorporated provides an independent consulting agency to help empIoyees who need assistance in resolving problems.

All of these benefits and services are subject to changes and in the event of a discrepancy between these benefits and formal plan documents, the formal plan documents will prevail
